About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily recruiting operations for sales & marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on event-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, unique candidate hiring events and expos to build a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
  • Coach and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals through innovative event-based outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs and seasonal sales cycles.
  • Drive performance metrics including Class Fills, Quality of Hire, and Source Effectiveness through event-based recruiting.
  • Lead a team of full-cycle recruiters for key sales & marketing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Report on hiring progress, event ROI, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Enhance brand visibility through creative event marketing and community engagement.
  • Build and implement recruitment programs that support HGV’s strategic sourcing model and sales growth goals.
  • Forecast staffing needs and ensure recruiting capacity aligns with business demand.

Requirements

  • Known to work in event-based recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, especially in high-volume sales & marketing environments.
  • Experience supervising sales & marketing recruiting teams with a focus on field recruitment and event execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in sales or marketing recruitment, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Ability to travel to support recruitment events and hiring initiatives.
