About the role

  • Recruiter Retail Japan managing attraction and acquisition strategies for retail locations. Collaborating with global recruiters and improving recruitment processes across Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead attraction and acquisition strategies for retail locations across Japan
  • Build relationships and mentor alongside Retail Leaders
  • Advocate for continuous evolution of processes for candidate and employee experiences
  • Create new ideas to improve recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with global recruiters to attract and select top candidates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced work environment (retail, hospitality, food & beverage)
  • Master with LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally worked with Lever
  • Excellent command of the English and Japanese language
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic
  • Firm supporter of diversity in the workplace
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Passion for getting outside and living it

Benefits

  • Hybrid working is allowed (3 days onsite - 2 days at home)
  • Some travel is required of this role to visit retail stores locally in Tokyo, and across Japan when necessary.
