Build relationships and mentor alongside Retail Leaders
Advocate for continuous evolution of processes for candidate and employee experiences
Create new ideas to improve recruitment processes
Collaborate with global recruiters to attract and select top candidates
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced work environment (retail, hospitality, food & beverage)
Master with LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally worked with Lever
Excellent command of the English and Japanese language
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic
Firm supporter of diversity in the workplace
Team player, able to collaborate effectively with various teams
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Passion for getting outside and living it
