About the role

  • Sales Representative supporting customers in utilizing technologies for fitness at a tech startup. Engaging in customer management and service fulfillment for innovative health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for the customer and handle their needs.
  • Customer support: Provide ongoing support to our customers and ensure they use our technologies optimally.
  • Customer inquiry management: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly with a customer-focused approach.
  • Capturing customer requests: Receive and process various customer requirements and create and follow up on customer orders.
  • Service execution: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development.
  • Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent the company at trade shows and events on site.

Requirements

  • You enjoy capturing customer needs and turning them into reality.
  • Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Passion for fitness and health: Sport is your passion.
  • Growth mindset: You are eager to develop and learn new skills.
  • Team-player mentality and enjoyment of cross-departmental tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills (C2 level).
  • Sales experience and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
