Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Sales Enablement teams
  • Proven success building and executing enablement strategies
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Skilled communicator and presenter
  • Experience driving process automation, technology adoption, and customer experience improvements
  • Experience in distribution, industrial, or MRO industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
