Responsibilities
You are the central interface between our key accounts and hallo theo.
Accompany demanding mandates from the initial contact through to successful handover to operational management.
Ensure trust, clarity and measurable added value.
Build long-term partnerships and actively contribute to hallo theo’s growth.
Build, maintain and further develop strategic key accounts in your region.
Act as the primary trusted partner for new clients – from first contact through needs analysis to contract conclusion.
Analyze property structures and customer requirements and develop tailored service solutions together with internal experts.
Confidently lead and moderate owners’ meetings to facilitate decision-making and secure mandates.
Manage and coordinate internal subject-matter expertise to ensure top process and advisory quality.
Actively help shape sales, market and process structures by providing feedback from customer and market perspectives.
Requirements
Several years of successful experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, ideally in real estate, services or tech.
Confident presence, strong presentation and moderation skills, and comfort in group decision-making processes.
Strong analytical abilities and affinity for digital tools, data-based arguments and digital/AI topics.
High empathy, reliability and communication skills – you build sustainable, peer-level relationships.
Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility and willingness to travel regionally.
Excellent German language skills (C2) and a valid driver’s license (class B).
