Credit Director for Financial Solutions leading B2B credit operations at Wellhub. Responsible for defining credit policies and building the credit function from the ground up in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and ongoing maintenance of credit models.
Define and update credit and collection policies to ensure they are aligned with business strategy and market best practices.
Support structured credit analyses for large clients, assessing financial statements and operational data to determine risk.
Improve our credit committee procedures and governance.
Develop a hands-on approach to build and improve the entire credit process, while developing the team.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B credit analysis.
Strong knowledge of statistical and financial modeling.
High analytical capability with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
Proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to build and scale a new business function.
Fluent in English is a plus
Previous experience with embedded finance and marketplaces is a plus
