About the role

  • Account Executive promoting SHIELD colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers. Collaborating with sales leadership to shape strategies for patient impact.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets by meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Target and Engage Healthcare Providers for adoption of the Shield test
  • Educate and Support Providers with in-depth product knowledge
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to align sales strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory
  • Monitor Competitive Landscape and share insights

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
  • Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
  • Familiarity with the primary care landscape in your assigned territory
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations
  • Proven experience in planning and executing product launches in the healthcare or diagnostic space.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
