UX Researcher II conducting research and analysis to enhance user experience for Grupo RBS's streaming platforms. Collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights and improve digital products.
Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs, motivations, pain points and habits of Grupo RBS streaming users;
Map, design and keep updated the user journey across different platforms (apps, web, CTV, players, etc.);
Work in direct partnership with the Data team on all activities related to the collection, structuring, analysis and interpretation of behavioral data and product metrics;
Define, monitor and interpret indicators such as retention, churn, engagement, conversion, watch time, NPS and CSAT, always in collaboration with the Data team;
Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests and surveys, integrating qualitative results with the quantitative analyses carried out with the Data team;
Turn research and analyses into actionable insights for product squads, UX/UI and content strategy;
Support backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions based on user evidence and consolidated data;
Create and maintain research artifacts (personas, journeys, empathy maps, reports and presentations);
Promote a user-centered and data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication or other related fields;
Previous experience as a UX Researcher, Product Researcher or similar role (mid-level);
Experience with digital products (apps, streaming platforms, digital media, marketplaces or SaaS);
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods;
Ability to work collaboratively with data and product teams;
Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Organizational skills to conduct multiple studies in parallel;
Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Differentials
Experience with media, streaming or on-demand content products;
Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, Looker or similar;
Previous experience in agile squads and product-oriented environments;
