Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, discovery, and design decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify experience opportunities and test product hypotheses

Lead and facilitate ideation workshops to support collaborative problem‑solving
Present insights and recommendations through clear, compelling storytelling
Contribute to long-term research and UX strategy, ensuring scalable patterns and best practices
Continuously iterate on concepts to build deep expertise in user behaviors and needs
Advocate for UX maturity within your product team and the broader organization
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of UX Research experience with digital products
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, experiments, data analysis)
Proficiency in long term research method (site visit, journaling, discovery)
Ability to independently choose appropriate research methodologies based on goals and constraints
Strong communication skills to execute research activities and engage/influence stakeholders
Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams within a complex business environment
Understanding of the design process from discovery through evaluation
