Responsibilities
Lead Qualification: The SDR works with lists generated by AWS, self-sourced lists, or lists provided by marketing and performs an initial analysis to determine whether they have potential to become customers in the education sector.
Research and Prospecting: Conducts detailed research on identified companies and contacts to understand their needs and pain points and to assess fit with the solution offered.
Initial Outreach: Contacts leads through various channels—email, phone, or social media—to introduce the company and its products/services.
Meeting Scheduling: After identifying qualified leads, the SDR schedules meetings with the sales team to continue the commercial process.
Cadence Management: Uses automation and cadence management tools to maintain consistent contact with leads, nurturing them until they are ready to advance in the sales process.
Feedback to Marketing: Provides ongoing feedback to the marketing team about the quality of leads received, helping to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Works closely with the sales team, handing off qualified leads and assisting with meeting preparation.
