Responsibilities
Responsible for 27 employees, including conducting feedback and development discussions
Creating staff schedules and ensuring optimal staffing levels in the residential unit
Caring for 32 residents and working closely with relatives, physicians and external service providers
Further developing the holistic care concept and ensuring high standards of care quality
Participating in activating care as well as careful care planning and digital care documentation (DAN)
Monthly review of care needs and support during Medical Service (MD) inspections
Requirements
Completed training as a qualified nurse, registered nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
Additional qualification as a residential unit manager
Experience in nursing and initial leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
IT skills
Good German language skills, both written and spoken, at least B2 level
