Responsibilities
Document Salesforce processes in Lucid to provide business context to engineering teams
Analyze current state and requested requirements to document detailed business requirements
Demonstrate standard Salesforce features and solutions built for Gravie
Recommend CRM industry best practices to enhance user experience and reporting features
Write user stories in Jira with testable AC by working with Quality Assurance
Identify and communicate dependencies between stories in and out of the Salesforce backlog
Manage priority of the backlog in Jira
Manage communication and deadlines to deliver solutions on time
Verify requirement delivery to coordinate story acceptance
Coordinate UAT testing and release communications with business partners
Support questions from production users
Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome oriented
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5 years of substantial experience in Sales, Marketing, and Service processes and software solution delivery as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
3 years of experience with Salesforce and Jira
Strong general business acumen
History of managing complex processes and multi-layered projects
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
