About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager, assisting with project timelines and ensuring on‑time delivery

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 2–4 years of advanced experience working in the Salesforce CRM platform (required)
- Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts
- Strong understanding of Dealer Services operations
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge including objects, fields, flows, Lightning, Clouds, and Communities
- Knowledge of account management systems such as Provenir, CPW, AutoSuite, AutoIMS, and DealerSource
- Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Advanced analytical and presentation skills
