- Salesforce Senior Business Analyst responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions on the Salesforce platform and optimizing workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage product backlog for enhancements.
Responsibilities

- responsible for gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows across the organization
- translates business strategy into functional and technical requirements and IT solutions
- shares the product vision and works closely with the Business Owner, Scrum Master to ensure the team delivers value to the business
- manages the product backlog and suggests future enhancements
- conducts UAT training, creates UAT test scripts, and runs end-to-end UAT and SIT sessions with cross-team stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud
- Proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud modules
- Certification: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales cloud consultant
