Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce configuration including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, custom objects, and fields.
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Manage system upgrades, releases, and integrations with other business applications.
Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users to increase adoption and efficiency.
Support yearly and monthly budget / forecast reporting needs for the commercial team, updating systems as required.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards that provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, customer segmentation, and KPI tracking.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support strategic planning and regional performance reviews.
Create standardized and ad-hoc reports to support leadership needs.
Build data models and analytics processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
