Responsibilities
Analyzing, translating, and documenting business needs to support Salesforce-based platforms
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Solution Engineers to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Translating business needs into user stories and defining acceptance criteria for development and testing
Organizing and leading functional testing campaigns and user acceptance testing (UAT) in sandbox and Trials environments
Coordinating with Salesforce administrators and developers on deployment activities
Validating successful implementation of new features and resolving any post-deployment issues
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of Salesforce business processes
Maintaining user documentation and functional documentation to promote solutions adoption
Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment between solutions and business priorities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and R&D teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce functional analysis and implementation required
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
Proficient in Salesforce native tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects
Understanding of APEX and SOQL
Familiar with Salesforce Sandbox Management, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and Git
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
