About the role

  • HR Representative Lead at Grainger managing complex support across the team member lifecycle. Delivering high‑quality service in HR operations and ensuring data governance for effective processes.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers high‑volume, complex transactional HR support across the full team member lifecycle from hire to retire.
  • Provides advanced resolution for complex HR transactions, including organizational data governance, mass organizational changes, data corrections, and escalated case support from Tier 1.
  • Serves as a critical partner to HR Operations, Payroll, and cross‑functional stakeholders by leveraging HR technology and data to optimize processes and enable scalable solutions.
  • Delivers timely, high‑quality service while driving HR technology enablement and best‑in‑class service delivery across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years handling escalated, sensitive, and often complex team member issues required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with team members at all levels.
  • Ability to de-escalate emotional situations and manage through tough situations with ease.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills while keeping close attention to detail.
  • Deep and broad understanding of all HR policies, programs and processes.
