Responsibilities
Delivers high‑volume, complex transactional HR support across the full team member lifecycle from hire to retire.
Provides advanced resolution for complex HR transactions, including organizational data governance, mass organizational changes, data corrections, and escalated case support from Tier 1.
Serves as a critical partner to HR Operations, Payroll, and cross‑functional stakeholders by leveraging HR technology and data to optimize processes and enable scalable solutions.
Delivers timely, high‑quality service while driving HR technology enablement and best‑in‑class service delivery across the enterprise.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
4+ years handling escalated, sensitive, and often complex team member issues required
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with team members at all levels.
Ability to de-escalate emotional situations and manage through tough situations with ease.
Strong analytical and organizational skills while keeping close attention to detail.
Deep and broad understanding of all HR policies, programs and processes.
