Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Personalwesen
- Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich vorteilhaft
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, empathisches Auftreten und hohes Maß an Diskretion
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
