Requirements
- University degree in business administration, business law or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in an IT environment
- Solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law and collective bargaining law, and demonstrable experience working with works councils
- Strong consulting skills, high cooperation ability, empathy and confident decision-making
- Fluent in German and English
