About the role

  • HR Business Partner facilitating operational excellence and career development initiatives. Collaborates with leaders and talent acquisition in Germany's dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders and ensure operational excellence in HR matters as a trusted HR expert
  • Implement HR policies, processes and programs, and (co-)lead HR projects
  • Advise, support and provide training for leadership development
  • Drive career development as well as talent and succession management
  • Work closely with leaders and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient recruiting
  • Conduct occupational reintegration management (BEM)
  • Manage and implement organizational changes

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, business law or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role, ideally in an IT environment
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law, works constitution law and collective bargaining law, and demonstrable experience working with works councils
  • Strong consulting skills, high cooperation ability, empathy and confident decision-making
  • Fluent in German and English
