About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing new B2B clients and maintaining existing ones in security solutions. Engage in technical consultations and project management within the safety technology field.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, customized system solutions in security technology and will also manage selected existing customers.
  • Your duties include presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and development of existing accounts, including handling tenders and bids.
  • Advising customers on the development of concepts and solutions in the areas of GMS/PSIM, video, intrusion alarm systems (EMA), perimeter protection, access control (Zuko) and security IT networks.
  • Preparation of proposals and presentations, and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Tracking inquiries and offers as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL).
  • Participation in project design, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance.

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical solutions or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Technical knowledge of network engineering and security systems, preferably with a focus on video, intrusion alarm systems (EMA) and perimeter protection
  • Negotiation skills, team player mentality and a confident, customer-oriented manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and a proactive drive
  • Experienced user of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Driving license (car) and willingness to travel
