Responsibilities
Gestionar y desarrollar la relación comercial con las principales cuentas del canal HORECA organizada.
Negociación anual de acuerdos comerciales, tarifas, condiciones y promociones.
Desarrollo de nuevo negocio, identificando cadenas y grupos con potencial afinidad con la categoría.
Implementación y seguimiento de acuerdos en punto de venta.
Análisis de rentabilidad y performance por cliente: seguimiento de ventas, márgenes, rotación y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Colaboración con Marketing y Trade Marketing para definiciones de activaciones, lanzamientos y materiales de apoyo adaptados al canal.
Gestión de distribuidores regionales HORECA, alineando objetivos con la estrategia de las cuentas organizadas.
Reportes periódicos a dirección comercial sobre la evolución del negocio, incidencias y oportunidades de mejora.
Requirements
Grado en ADE, Marketing, Comercio Internacional o similar.
Inglés B2
Mínimo 3-5 años en funciones comerciales B2B dentro del canal HORECA organizada.
Valorable experiencia previa en categorías afines como panificación, bollería, salsas, toppings, o productos de acompañamiento / impulso para restauración.
Residencia: Valencia o alrededores, con disponibilidad para viajar (40-50% del tiempo).
Capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados.
Perfil autónomo, resolutivo y con alta capacidad de gestión.
Habilidad para generar relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con clientes.
Buen manejo de datos comerciales (Excel, Power BI, CRM)
