Responsibilities
Support end-to-end processes of learning & development interventions
Collaborate strongly with stakeholders & team in executing the talent & Learning strategy
Create innovative, effective learning solutions with leading-edge learning technology and methods
Prepare and monitor the ongoing LMS and learning activities report
Verify information received from stakeholders for system analysis and application
Monitor and proceed with staff records and database management
Develop and review Learning Road Map, courses and deliver ongoing training
Requirements
At least 2 years experiences in Learning & Development Field
Must have knowledge skills of how to deal with Ministry of Social Development
English proficiency is a must (Spoken & Written)
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions related to learning and development challenges or engagement issues
Ability to collect and analyze data related to training effectiveness, employee engagement, and other HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple learning and development programs and engagement initiatives simultaneously
Pleasant personality, fast learner, enthusiastic, positive attitude and result oriented.
