Responsibilities
Act strategically and analytically, bringing market experience and prior work history to help evolve the People Analytics area.
Responsible for specific projects, moderately complex analyses, and providing support to HR and other business areas, with shared autonomy to propose solutions and implement improvements.
Develop analyses to support strategic HR and business decisions.
Lead projects related to performance, compensation, budgeting and people-related metrics.
Act as a partner to internal areas, understanding problems and proposing data-driven solutions.
Implement People Analytics practices and methodologies, bringing market insights and experience.
Ensure data quality and integrity, supporting the development of the area’s systems and databases.
Support the definition of metrics and KPIs to monitor People & Culture initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Prior experience in People Analytics or related areas (strategic HR, compensation, budgeting).
Experience with data analysis, people metrics and improvement projects.
Ability to work autonomously, delivering solutions and market best practices.
Strong communication skills across different departments and hierarchical levels.
Must reside in São Paulo or Sorocaba.
**DESIRABLE**
Experience with system implementation and data integration.
Knowledge of applied statistics and/or predictive modeling.
Familiarity with automation and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar).
