About the role

  • HR Manager in charge of leading Organizational Development, Training, and Engagement at Tokio Marine. Fostering a sustainable cultural identity while managing people and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Organizational and People Development strategies and teams, covering Training & Development, Culture, Climate, Engagement, and Diversity, strengthening the company’s cultural identity and sustainable performance.
  • Define, guide and integrate initiatives to ensure alignment between strategy, purpose and employee experience.
  • Manage corporate and global programs and act as a strategic partner to leadership to sustain culture and support people development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through the use of an e-learning platform to create an environment where all employees feel encouraged to grow professionally.
  • Plan and manage training activities for all employees, identifying development needs and designing programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to ensure leaders are prepared to drive company results.
  • Define and manage the department budget, prioritizing high-impact, strategically aligned initiatives to enhance employee performance and company competitiveness.
  • Monitor market trends to keep the company current with the most effective people development practices and methodologies.
  • Manage training vendors and oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure contracted services meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate KPIs and ROI of development initiatives to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of the department’s programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • Fluent English for work in a global corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Development, including Training & Development, Culture, Engagement and Leadership Development.
  • Solid people management experience.
  • Experience in large organizations, preferably with global operations.
