Responsibilities
Positioning as a trusted advisor to our customers with the goal of developing existing technology vendor relationships into sustainable business partnerships
Primary point of contact for our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of the business partnership and for all Abas products and services, as well as orchestrating all Abas-side activities and resources
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in collaboration with Abas with the aim of achieving high renewal rates for our subscription-based contracts
Developing and positioning customer-specific value propositions for the use of Abas products and accordingly shaping our sales approach in close cooperation with our Sales and Presales teams
Translating the customer's business architecture and target capabilities into a consistent, Abas-centric IT application architecture
Developing business cases to quantify intended goals and improvement potentials together with the customer and documenting them in a "Customer Success Plan"
Designing holistic transformation programs that consider required process changes, organizational change management and the technology implementation of Abas solutions
Ensuring that project content and approaches — including any necessary adjustments — align with the agreed transformation goals and the "Customer Success Plan"
Monitoring transformation programs from a content perspective in the role of "Enterprise Architect" in close collaboration with the respective program or project manager
Verifying achievement of the Customer Success Plan goals during and after the transformation
Continuously reviewing goal attainment during and after the transformation and supporting the customer in maximizing the value derived from the use of Abas software
Ongoing guidance and advisory support for our customers in analyzing new Abas product releases with regard to their benefit for the respective company
Requirements
Many years of practical experience and corresponding knowledge in the end-to-end planning and implementation of ERP projects with Abas
Knowledge in Solution Design and the development of solution architectures
Solid and comprehensive Abas ERP knowledge across all process and functional areas
Ability to develop business cases and Customer Success Plans
Strong communication and facilitation skills for multidisciplinary teams
Initial experience in interacting with management and executive levels of mid-sized companies, based on commercial/entrepreneurial thinking
Proven knowledge in the manufacturing industry and in business process management
Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
Persuasive personality paired with an authentic, professional demeanor
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (or comparable)
Good written and spoken English
