Responsibilities
Workday Benefits Implementation & HRIS Support
Act as the subject matter expert for the Workday Benefits module implementation
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to transition benefits administration from a third-party provider to in-house
Manage and validate interface files between Workday and external systems
Ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of the benefits module
HR Operations Projects
Assist in rolling out an HR ticketing system to streamline employee inquiries
Organize and restructure the HR shared drive, creating a new folder structure for improved accessibility
Migrate employee files into a document management system and purge outdated records in compliance with retention policies
Revamp HR SharePoint sites to enhance usability and content organization
Review and update business processes in Workday created efficiency wherever possible
Support additional HR operations tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
