Responsibilities

  • Workday Benefits Implementation & HRIS Support
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Workday Benefits module implementation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to transition benefits administration from a third-party provider to in-house
  • Manage and validate interface files between Workday and external systems
  • Ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of the benefits module
  • HR Operations Projects
  • Assist in rolling out an HR ticketing system to streamline employee inquiries
  • Organize and restructure the HR shared drive, creating a new folder structure for improved accessibility
  • Migrate employee files into a document management system and purge outdated records in compliance with retention policies
  • Revamp HR SharePoint sites to enhance usability and content organization
  • Review and update business processes in Workday created efficiency wherever possible
  • Support additional HR operations tasks as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
