Responsibilities
Own and improve People Ops processes including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy governance
Lead Open Enrollment, benefits administration, and support the redesign of our Total Rewards programs
Manage the compensation review cycle in partnership with Finance and Leadership
Own our HR technology stack and improve data integrity and reporting
Drive process governance, documentation, and automation across People Ops
Leverage AI to streamline workflows from payroll to reporting to employee lifecycle tasks
Partner with HRBP team on performance cycles, L&D efforts, and manager enablement
Champion Foley’s culture and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience
Requirements
5+ years in People Ops or HR with at least 2 years in a senior-generalist or manager-level capacity
Experience in a tech or SaaS environment (strongly preferred)
Strong background in Total Rewards (comp + benefits)
Comfortable owning HR systems and people data
Proven track record building scalable processes in a growth environment
Analytical, systems-focused, and eager to use automation and AI
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, culture-add approach
