Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Pure Protein brand strategy and annual operating plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
Own the P&L, managing budgets and ensuring investments deliver strong returns
Optimize the product portfolio, including assortment, pricing, and merchandising
Lead new product development and commercialization from concept through launch
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful in-market execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and in-person channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support retailers and drive product performance
Develop tools and materials that help convert consumers and grow distribution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
5–7+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing within CPG, food, or wellness categories.
Proven experience owning brand strategy, commercialization, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales teams and retail execution.
Experience managing budgets and P&Ls with disciplined financial stewardship.
Fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen.
Strong understanding of product development, launch processes, and brand building fundamentals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; comfort with PowerPoint.
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
