About the role
- Senior People Partner supporting change and transformation initiatives within Fenergo's People team. Providing hands-on delivery in dynamic, agile environments for effective organisational design.
Responsibilities
- Support change and transformation programs for teams within the Build and Deliver organisation.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and implementation activities.
- Lead the design and delivery of project and program management activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide structured analysis to support decision-making and project direction.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with change management tools, methodologies, and templates.
- Ability to apply data-driven insights and meaningful analysis to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex issues.
- Proven experience working across the full project lifecycle in fast-paced or agile environments.
- Experience in or strong exposure to SaaS, technology, or related industries (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Practical problem-solving ability, adaptability, and resilience.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation and/or change initiatives (Nice to Have).
- Experience establishing, reporting on and managing programs of work (Nice to Have).
- Experience working on people or HR programs (Nice to Have).
