About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for client service and sales in pharmaceutical and personal care sectors. Engaging with customers, acquiring new clients, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Client support & sales
  • Proactive support and advisory services for our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries
  • Acquisition of new customers and technical account management of existing customers
  • Conducting sales discussions through to contract conclusion
  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
  • Solution-oriented approach to work
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific problem solutions
  • Delivering presentations and conducting customer training
  • Identification and optimization of cleaning and disinfection procedures
  • Market and competitor monitoring
  • Maintenance and management of customer-related data and documentation
  • Use and further development of our databases within the sales process

Requirements

  • Scientific education or degree with an interest in pharmaceutical processes
  • Experience in manufacturing as well as in the sales of technical products
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Strong communication skills in German and English — written and spoken
  • Sales- and advisory-oriented mindset
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel within the region
