About the role

  • Sales Development Representative supporting B2B sales growth through lead identification and management. Requires experience with CRM, inbound and outbound sales, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Assess leads' needs and identify opportunities
  • Identify the main challenges the prospect is facing
  • Track the lead's journey through the sales funnel
  • Conduct meetings with inbound and outbound leads
  • Keep the CRM up to date
  • Perform follow-ups with all leads
  • Generate reports using the CRM or other tools
  • Create sequences, emails and personalized outreach approaches

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR and/or BDR
  • Knowledge of the B2B market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of financial management systems (a plus)
  • SaaS sales experience (a plus)
  • Knowledge of franchising (a plus)
  • Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (a plus)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (a plus)
