Responsibilities
Report to the Regional HR Director
Work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers
Keep up to date with local employment law changes
Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team
Build trusted relationships with employees to guide them through changes
Support recruitment processes in accordance with business needs
Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs
Drive organisational change management projects at local level
Ensure data input in HR systems is correct and compliant with local and global policy
Support Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and HR-related projects
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration
Requirements
University Degree in relevant area
Knowledge and expertise in employment law
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company
Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain
Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision
Experience with Workday
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
