About the role

  • HR Manager handling HR operations for Exclusive Networks in Italy. Guiding leadership and managing employee lifecycle processes to align with global strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Regional HR Director
  • Work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers
  • Keep up to date with local employment law changes
  • Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team
  • Build trusted relationships with employees to guide them through changes
  • Support recruitment processes in accordance with business needs
  • Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs
  • Drive organisational change management projects at local level
  • Ensure data input in HR systems is correct and compliant with local and global policy
  • Support Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and HR-related projects
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration

Requirements

  • University Degree in relevant area
  • Knowledge and expertise in employment law
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company
  • Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision
  • Experience with Workday
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
  • Strong organizational skills
