About the role
- HR Manager handling HR operations for Exclusive Networks in Italy. Guiding leadership and managing employee lifecycle processes to align with global strategies.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Regional HR Director
- Work closely with the local leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers
- Keep up to date with local employment law changes
- Advise managers on any HR topic regarding their team
- Build trusted relationships with employees to guide them through changes
- Support recruitment processes in accordance with business needs
- Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs
- Drive organisational change management projects at local level
- Ensure data input in HR systems is correct and compliant with local and global policy
- Support Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and HR-related projects
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration
Requirements
- University Degree in relevant area
- Knowledge and expertise in employment law
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company
- Strong knowledge of labor law in Italy, desirable in Spain
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision
- Experience with Workday
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Strong organizational skills
