Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements
Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives
Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed
Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles - Must
Experience in global & Israeli hi-tech environments - Must
Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
Proven problem-solver with analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience using an HRIS (preferably Workday), as well as Excel and project management tools
