About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner at Cross River driving HR strategies for a global fintech company. Fostering employee engagement and organizational development while ensuring compliance and partnerships with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
  • Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
  • Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
  • Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives
  • Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles - Must
  • Experience in global & Israeli hi-tech environments - Must
  • Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
  • Proven problem-solver with analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using an HRIS (preferably Workday), as well as Excel and project management tools
