Responsibilities
Proactive customer outreach and support for our customers at the on-site customer center.
Development of new customer contacts (private and commercial customers).

Maintaining master/customer data in CRM and billing systems.
Quality assurance and complaint management.

Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training.
Experience in customer service and sales.
Strong service and customer orientation.
Enjoyment of direct customer contact.
Independent working style and high self-motivation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of the billing system kVASy is an advantage.
