About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leverage proficiency in retail to develop a clientele
  • Model and lead the team in maximizing sales through proactive client outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain clientele and thank you note standards
  • Demonstrate strong use of selling skills
  • Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive ability to multi task and prioritize
