About the role

  • Customer Supporter at OneQrew assisting clients with software transition. Engaging with customers, providing support during digital shifts towards modern software.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our team, you support our customers during the migration to our modern software.
  • You help our customers successfully transition to the new digital environment.
  • You act as their point of contact during this phase and ensure the migration runs smoothly and with confidence.
  • You will be part of a committed team that supports one another.
  • You coordinate appointments with our customers and reseller/trade partners.
  • You independently handle incoming migration requests – following clear guidelines.
  • You take care of transferring and converting customer data to the new software generation – either via remote support, cloud, or internal tools.
  • You assist in designing and customizing forms (e.g., invoices or quotes).
  • You provide basic introductions/training to our software smarthandwerk pro.

Requirements

  • No specific formal qualification required – if you are reliable, communicate well with people, and enjoy learning new tasks, you are a good fit.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers – by phone and by email.
  • You like working in a structured way, appreciate clear processes, and are well organized.
  • You are comfortable working on a PC and learning new programs – we provide intensive support for this.
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
