About the role

  • Senior Business Analyst with EveryMatrix providing strategic recommendations and data analyses. Collaborating with the Group CEO and optimizing business performance in iGaming software sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the Group CEO’s by delivering actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and scenario-based analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Evaluate financial and operational performance, identifying value drivers, efficiency gaps, and profitability improvement opportunities across the organization.
  • Lead advanced data analysis related to organizational structure, processes, and performance metrics to support business transformation and optimization initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated business models, forecasts, and what-if scenarios to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and transformation programs.
  • Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting using advanced Excel and Power BI, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance for senior leadership.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear narratives and strategic implications, enabling informed decisions at executive and board level.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Track and govern strategic and transformation initiatives, monitoring progress, risks, and outcomes against defined KPIs.
  • Support group-level strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning, financial performance tracking, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, performance management, business analysis, corporate finance, or transformation-focused roles, preferably in complex or fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel (complex models, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario analysis) and Power BI (data modeling, dashboard design, executive reporting).
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to connect financial and operational data to broader business objectives and strategic outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial performance management, including revenue and cost analysis, profitability modeling, and value creation initiatives.
  • Proven exposure to business transformation initiatives, such as operating model changes, process optimization, or performance turnaround programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while maintaining analytical rigor and execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong resilience, maintaining performance and focus in the face of challenges and change.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adapting effectively to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
