- **Should be able to monitor/track the resolution and next steps/actions needed on issues and concerns raised by client**
- ***Knowledge on any service or helpdesk management system is a plus***
- **Should be able to conduct information gathering to help identify areas in which the system can improve on and perform effectively and efficiently**
- Should have problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- *Ability to configure, monitor, and manage ERP systems such as Order Management System is a plus*

- **Experience with technical writing especially documenting process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, problems and solutions for customers and other support personnel, creating user’s manual**
