About the role

  • Findings and Issues Management Analyst maintaining tracking and reporting for FCC Products. Coordinating responses to audits and identifying systemic drivers in compliance findings.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Findings and Issues Management manager by maintaining high-integrity tracking, evidence organization, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-through for findings/issues impacting FCC Products.
  • Maintain accurate findings/issues records, including severity, ownership, milestones, and due dates; enforce hygiene standards.
  • Track action items, dependencies, and blockers; drive follow-ups and escalate risks to the manager when needed.
  • Assemble evidence packages for closure (test results, approvals, control artifacts) and ensure artifacts are retrievable.
  • Produce recurring status reporting for leadership, including aging views, slippage drivers, and key risks.
  • Support governance forums: agendas, minutes, decision logs, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate responses to audit/risk information requests with Product, IT, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns across findings/issues (repeat themes, systemic drivers) and propose insights for problem management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in governance operations, remediation tracking, PMO, product ops, or technology risk coordination (banking experience preferred)
