Responsibilities
Customer communication and service: you are the primary point of contact for clients after they submit their assignment to us
Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced assessors
You help us assess residential and commercial properties in accordance with current legal requirements
You review documentation and—by applying various valuation methods and your developing expertise—determine the actual value of a property
You assist in drafting appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
You are passionate about real estate and interested in property valuation, with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
Coordination skills: ability to juggle multiple inquiries, clients, and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in real estate
Alternatively: experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style with a strong commitment to quality
Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
