Customer Service Pharmacy at HARTMANN supporting sales teams and managing client relationships. Responsible for processing orders, feedback, and collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
Responsibilities
Act as the interface between HARTMANN Portugal and external stakeholders (customers, KOLs, etc.).
Support the sales team in customer management, including processing orders in the CRM, responding to inquiries, follow‑up, providing feedback, and distributing samples and promotional materials.
Handle customer complaints in accordance with internal processes and the pharmacy team's practices.
Be fully familiar with sales pricing; support the preparation of channel price lists and the creation of customer-specific offers.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on information flow to the sales team and to customers.
Collaborate with the Finance team to comply with internal expense policies, ensure submission of documentation, and meet deadlines.
Support the organization of team meetings and events.
Ensure maintenance and updating of customer data in systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field.
Native Portuguese speaker with good spoken and written English.
More than 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Experience in OTC within a multinational company is a strong advantage.
Desirable experience with commercial data management systems (Salesforce).
