Responsibilities
Manage completion and submission of distributor promotional forms
Process product price and spec changes within distributor systems
Maintain complex calendar of distributor processes and deadlines
Assist CA Support department with distributor policies, purchase order revisions and trade deduction resolution
Maintain constant communication with Client Representatives as needed to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Master Distributor web portals analyzing inventory, item and sales data to grow Client profitability
Assist on inter-departmental projects when needed to meet KPIs set for the agency by our clients
Requirements
Excellent computer skills with strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
Impeccable organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail and committed to accuracy
2+ years in an office administrative role preferred
Must be resourceful and able to find information when answers are not clear
Demonstrate professional verbal/written communication skills
Able to collaborate with a team as well as independently motivated
Consumer packaged goods experience
