About the role

  • Senior People Development Consultant focused on developing strategies for leader and employee retention and development. Leading transformation projects and collaborating with various departments in HR area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic strategies for the long-term retention and development of leaders and employees
  • Support transformation projects and design tailored measures
  • Lead standalone projects in the area of People Development
  • Work closely with business units to identify needs
  • Prepare strategic analyses, evaluations and reporting
  • Act as the primary contact for managers and HR Business Partners in the planning and implementation of team and people development initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 3 years' experience in People Development
  • Solid methodological toolkit and experience conducting workshops and coaching
  • Precise planning and organizational skills for complex projects
  • Experienced in facilitating workshops in English
