Requirements
Completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent qualification)
At least 3 years' experience in People Development
Solid methodological toolkit and experience conducting workshops and coaching
Precise planning and organizational skills for complex projects
Experienced in facilitating workshops in English
