Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual contracted agents, and channel partner firms to foster collaboration, loyalty, and growth.
Assist the Director of Channel Management in implementing the channel strategy, ensuring that sales targets and performance metrics are met.
Provide training, tools, and resources to channel partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to successfully market and sell company products/services.
Track and evaluate the performance of channel partners against established targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and onboard new channel partners that align with the company’s strategic goals and market expansion plans.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure channel partners are aligned with company priorities.
Prepare regular reports on channel performance, maintain quality data within Microsoft Dynamics including key performance indicators, pipeline development, and revenue generated, for review by the Director of Channel Management and Executive team.
Ensure that channel activities comply with company policies and any applicable legal regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (PEO/HCM experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment
