HR Analyst combining HR business partnering with analytical responsibilities in alignment with business objectives. Supporting strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and compliance through data insights.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR programs with organizational goals
Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
Assist managers with policy interpretation and employee relations issues
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Participate in change management and organizational development projects
Coordinate with Centers of Excellence and People Experience to answer questions on FMLA, Leave, etc.
Work to educate leaders on self-service functions to allow for more self-service functions
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, compensation, and other HR metrics
Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support system enhancements
Support salary benchmarking and annual merit review processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Oracle HCM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
