Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and provide proactive, expert HR advice.
Support the delivery of the Marine People Plan and wider HR initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise and the People Centre to implement high‑quality HR solutions.
Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational development and change management.
Enable organisational change projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Experience in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role within a complex, fast‑paced organisation.
Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines including employee relations, organisational development and change management.
Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
A collaborative, solution‑focused mindset with strong planning and delivery capability.
Ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into value‑adding action.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
