About the role

  • Assisting in HR processes and recruitment cycles. Intern role at Liebherr with exposure to various HR functions in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Partner team in the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle matters
  • Write and post job advertisements in French and English for various positions
  • Support the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, case management (absences, conflicts, warnings), and offboarding
  • Manage recruitment cycles for Young Talent positions
  • Prepare presentations, communications, and reports on HR topics to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in economics, psychology, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent command of French and English. German is an advantage
  • Motivated to work in Human Resources and available for 12 months
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to adapt to different IT systems
  • Self-motivated and a team player
