Write and post job advertisements in French and English for various positions
Support the HR team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, case management (absences, conflicts, warnings), and offboarding
Manage recruitment cycles for Young Talent positions
Prepare presentations, communications, and reports on HR topics to support decision-making
Requirements
Student or recent graduate in economics, psychology, marketing, or a related field
Excellent command of French and English. German is an advantage
Motivated to work in Human Resources and available for 12 months
