Responsibilities
Advising HR business partners and managers on remuneration and benefits
Stream or sub-project management of global projects in the area of total rewards
Preparing information events on remuneration and benefits for employees and developing professional communication materials for employees and managers
Preparing analyses in the area of EU pay transparency
Supporting the creation of group, overall and site works agreements
Preparing and implementing the annual salary round in SAP SuccessFactors
Supporting the implementation of the global and local bonus plan process in SAP SuccessFactors
Conducting job evaluations and maintaining the global database for job evaluations
Collection of internal and external data and participation in benchmark studies
Support in collaboration with other HR departments in the development, adaptation and implementation of C&B processes and measures
Training of the HR team in the application of C&B processes and measures in their areas of responsibility
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, economics, social economics, law or a similar field
Initial professional experience in human resources in a company and/or consulting firm, or relevant internships or working student positions
General knowledge of compensation and benefits
Very good communication skills and initial experience in the areas of project management, change management and stakeholder management
Basic knowledge of methods, measures, processes and programmes of modern human resources management
Conceptual and analytical skills, good IT user skills, especially MS Excel
Fluent in German and English
