- Providing conceptual support and further developing practices on the residential units
- Professionally supervising nursing assistants, students, and interns
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a registered/qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High level of commitment and organizational skills
- Enjoyment in working with residents
- Team player with social competence and a strong sense of responsibility
