About the role
- Director of Commercial Operations managing a global team for Power & Energy Resource customers outside the Americas. Leading strategy development and proposal preparation in a hybrid role based in Dubai or Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team of commercial operations managers globally outside the Americas supporting Power & Energy Resource customers.
- Manages a team of eight (8) commercial operations managers and proposal analysts with varying levels of experience.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
- Drives strategy development for sales territory while staying informed of industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in commercial operations or commercial / sales
- Previous experience in software field
